With more than a decade of experience shaping brands of all scales, our Director, Ella, has worked across diverse industries, including but not limited to hospitality, retail, property, architecture, and design. She honed her craft in the United Kingdom within award-winning agencies, in-house roles with global brands, and independent creative studios. From partnering with local enterprises to collaborating with internationally acclaimed names, Ella has developed a deep understanding of the impact that effective brand design can have on business success. Her approach combines rich storytelling, collaboration, and thought-led design solutions to create brands that are both distinctive and enduring.
