PERKS is an independent branding and graphic design studio based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. We work with forward-thinking businesses seeking clarity and longevity.
Founded and led by Ella Hampshire-Perks, a brand and graphic designer, the studio brings together strategic thinking and aesthetic sensitivity. With more than a decade of experience shaping brands of varying scales, Ella has worked across a diverse range of industries, both in New Zealand and internationally. She honed her craft in the United Kingdom within award-winning agencies, in-house roles with global brands and independent creative studios. From partnering with local enterprises to collaborating with internationally recognised names, she has developed a deep understanding of the impact thoughtful brand design can have on business growth and long-term success. Her approach combines rich storytelling and collaborative thinking to create brands that feel both distinctive and enduring.
While PERKS leads every project, we work with creative partners across disciplines on a project by project basis, curating bespoke teams that align precisely with each brand’s needs and ambitions. This allows us to remain agile while drawing on specialist expertise where it adds depth and value.
